Prepared November 3, 2026. Supplied seller/contact details are included, but final policies, support commitments, and live-launch approval remain incomplete. No effective date is assigned. Live purchasing is unavailable.
1. Status and seller identity
Seller details supplied by the owner: MMP Marketing Online, Australia. Customer support: mmpmarketingonline@gmail.com.
This is a review draft, not an approved purchase contract. The name and country are supplied business details, not verification of a registered legal entity. Any required legal-entity, ABN, address, effective-date, and other disclosures remain for owner confirmation. Live checkout is blocked while launch approvals are incomplete.
The product name is a brand label, not a substitute for identifying the seller. Do not rely on this draft as final terms.
2. What the product includes
AI Lead Generation Profit System is a downloadable, self-paced educational package: 10 lesson manuscripts, 50 AI prompts, 10 editable templates, an XLSX business calculator with guide, a 30-day roadmap, a compliance checklist, and five implementation bonuses. The intended base price is $97 USD once, before any permitted promotion-code discount. The price is in US dollars, not Australian dollars; tax treatment remains subject to seller review before launch.
The course is text-based, not a video course. It does not include hosting, a domain, paid software, advertising credit, a done-for-you website, one-to-one consulting, or a commitment to future updates.
3. Educational scope
The material supports learning and implementation. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, qualified leads, customer acceptance, income, profit, or a specific completion time. Examples and calculator assumptions are illustrative unless explicitly identified and sourced otherwise.
The product is not legal, tax, privacy, financial, accounting, or regulated professional advice. Buyers must adapt the material to their location, industry, tools, and responsibilities and seek qualified advice where needed.
4. Delivery and access
The implemented checkout creates a server-side order. Product delivery becomes available after a signature-verified Stripe webhook marks that order fulfilled. Returning from Checkout alone does not grant access. The download endpoint requests a time-limited archive URL after checking the order’s stored fulfillment state.
Order history remembers returned purchase sessions in the current browser. It is not a cross-device account system. Clearing browser storage removes that local list, not the server-side purchase record. For access questions, use mmpmarketingonline@gmail.com. The seller must still test inbox ownership and confirm an operational access-recovery process before sales.
5. Recommended license — NOT APPROVED
Purchaser: One individual purchaser, or one purchasing business with one nominated human operator. That operator could use the purchased version for the purchaser’s own business and an unlimited number of genuine client engagements, without a per-client royalty. Additional operators would require separate purchases or written permission. The proposed license is non-exclusive and non-transferable; it does not promise future updates, lifetime hosted access, or coaching.
Permitted adaptation: The operator could study the lessons, use prompts, customise templates/checklists/calculator copies, and deliver tailored client outputs such as a landing page, completed proposal, client-specific tracker, or lead-delivery workflow. The client could use those tailored outputs in its own operations. A collaborator could receive only the client-specific output needed for that engagement—not the complete course or reusable asset library.
Not permitted: Reselling, publicly sharing, sublicensing, or giving away the original course, prompt library, template pack, bonuses, or substantially equivalent reusable copies; rebranding it as another course; private-label/master-resale rights; or sharing one purchase as team training. Changing a logo or a few words alone would not make a reusable library a tailored deliverable.
Ownership and use: The seller would retain its rights in the supplied materials to the extent those rights exist; independently authored additions remain the purchaser’s. Third-party content/services keep their own terms. AI outputs still need fact, rights, privacy, and compliance checks; no exclusivity or earnings result is promised.
Refund interaction: After a completed voluntary full refund, new use of the supplied library would stop and usable library copies would be deleted, with legitimate transaction records retained. Previously completed compliant client outputs would not need to be recalled solely because of that refund. Independently authored work and non-excludable legal rights would remain unaffected. No proof of deletion would be required before issuing an eligible refund.
These provisions require owner approval and appropriate review. They have not been added as an effective license to the customer archive.
6. Refunds, support, and revisions
See the draft refund policy and support information. No voluntary refund window or response-time promise has been approved. Nothing in the proposed terms is intended to remove non-excludable consumer rights, including Australian Consumer Law rights where applicable.
The seller must decide the supported product version, update policy, complaint process, effective date, and appropriate governing-law wording. The intended offer is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription.
