Refund Policy — Draft

Australian consumer rights remain separate from a voluntary refund offer. No voluntary refund window or final policy has been approved.

REVIEW DRAFT — NOT FINAL SALES TERMS.
Prepared November 3, 2026. Supplied seller/contact details are included, but final policies, support commitments, and live-launch approval remain incomplete. No effective date is assigned. Live purchasing is unavailable.

1. No active voluntary guarantee yet

Seller details supplied by the owner: MMP Marketing Online, Australia. Customer support: mmpmarketingonline@gmail.com.

This is a draft for seller approval, not a money-back guarantee. The seller has not selected a voluntary refund period or its conditions. No “all sales final,” “no questions asked,” or time-limited guarantee is being represented as an active policy.

The site is currently configured for sandbox testing. Do not enter a real card or interpret a test transaction as a live purchase.

2. Australian consumer rights and other mandatory rights

Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Remedies depend on what was supplied and the nature and seriousness of a problem; downloading a digital file must not be treated as automatically removing non-excludable rights.

The ACCC explains that businesses cannot rely on a blanket “no refunds” policy to deny consumer-guarantee remedies. Simply changing one’s mind does not itself create a consumer-guarantee refund entitlement; if a business offers a change-of-mind policy, it must follow that policy. No such voluntary policy has yet been selected for this product.

Final wording and the application to this educational package still require appropriate review. Buyers in other jurisdictions may have additional mandatory rights. Where immediate digital delivery requires a separate request, acknowledgment, or consent, those requirements must be assessed and implemented before launch.

3. Access problems and duplicate charges

The proposed support process starts by checking the purchase record, delivery status, and file integrity. An access problem should be investigated rather than dismissed because the product is digital. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be compared against actual Stripe payment records.

For a product-access or refund enquiry, contact mmpmarketingonline@gmail.com with the purchase email, order reference, and a short description of the issue. Never send full card numbers, CVC codes, passwords, signed download links, or personal information about leads. Support-process details and response times are still being finalised.

4. Proposed refund review workflow

The seller would verify the purchase, review the applicable published policy and mandatory rights, record the decision, and communicate the result. If approved or legally required, the refund would be issued against the original transaction using the authorised payment-provider process, with duplicate-refund checks.

A refund request is not the same as a refund completed. The final policy must explain confirmation, access treatment, and any payment-provider processing expectations without inventing a guaranteed bank-credit date. The current app does not automatically process refunds or revoke downloads after a Stripe refund; an operational process is required.

5. Recommended 14-day offer — NOT APPROVED

OWNER-REVIEW PROPOSAL ONLY. This is not an active refund guarantee. The seller has not approved the following voluntary offer or opened live sales.

Proposed review period: A full voluntary change-of-mind refund for a request received within 14 calendar days of the later of successful payment or the first time the product download becomes available. A response delay would not invalidate a request received on time. This is a proposed business choice—not an Australian statutory deadline.

Proposed request method: Email mmpmarketingonline@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request — AI Lead Generation Profit System,” purchase email, and order reference or other reasonable proof of purchase. A reason would be optional. No lesson completion, screenshots, failed-income evidence, or troubleshooting attempt would be required. Downloading or opening files would not by itself disqualify the request. Do not send card details, passwords, lead data, or signed download links.

Proposed amount: The actual amount charged for the product transaction, including tax collected in that transaction if any, with no processing/handling deduction. A discounted purchase would be refunded at the amount paid, not the $97 USD catalog price. The original payment method would be used unless law or an agreed alternative requires otherwise. Confirmation would follow issuance; bank timing, AUD exchange conversion, and separate issuer fees are not guaranteed or necessarily controlled by the seller.

Rights remain separate: Applicable consumer-guarantee and other mandatory remedies would not end after 14 days. A defective, misdescribed, missing, or otherwise problematic product could still require an appropriate remedy. Nothing in the proposal excludes non-excludable legal rights or promises commercial results.

After a voluntary full refund: New use of the supplied library would stop and usable library copies would be deleted, with legitimate transaction records retained. Previously completed compliant client outputs and independently authored material would not need to be recalled solely because of that refund. No deletion proof would be required before issuing an eligible refund. Mandatory remedies and partial refunds would be assessed separately.

Operational prerequisite: The current app does not automatically issue refunds or revoke downloaded files or fulfilled-order links. An authorised operational process is needed before activating this proposal. Final wording requires explicit owner approval and appropriate review.

6. Decisions needed before publication

  • Confirm any required legal-entity, ABN, and business-address disclosures and test the supplied support inbox.
  • Approve or change the recommended voluntary refund offer; it remains a proposal.
  • Confirm handling of access faults, duplicate charges, and non-excludable consumer remedies.
  • Document approvals, duplicate-refund controls, and access handling after refund.
  • Review tax adjustments, USD price disclosure, escalation route, and effective date.

Until remaining decisions are approved and published, live checkout remains blocked. See the draft terms and draft privacy notice.
