1. Current launch status
Stripe reports the sandbox account as claimed. A sandbox purchase previously completed with the public Stripe test card, was fulfilled through the verified webhook, appeared in local order history, and downloaded a checksum-matching customer ZIP. This is test verification, not evidence of a live sale or customer results.
The seller name, country, and customer-support email have now been supplied. Final policies, tax review, a public domain, and explicit live-launch approval remain pending. Test transactions are not real charges; providing contact details does not open live sales.
2. Contact customer support

For product-access questions, missing files, or refund enquiries, email mmpmarketingonline@gmail.com. Include the purchase email, order reference, and a brief description. Do not include passwords, full card details, signed download URLs, or personal consumer-lead information.
The email address has been supplied by the owner; inbox ownership and message delivery have not been independently tested. Support scope, hours, and response-time commitments are still being finalised. No personal coaching or legal advice is promised.
3. Using the delivered files
After a verified purchase, download the customer ZIP, extract it, and open START-HERE.md in the package root. Lesson manuscripts and prompt/template packs are Markdown files. The calculator is an editable XLSX workbook. The product does not require a course-video player.
Keep a private copy of the archive. The orders page only remembers purchase sessions saved in that browser. It is not a permanent account login or email-based recovery service. There is no automated emailed-download feature.
4. If delivery is still processing
A checkout return is not proof that fulfillment has completed. Wait for the order page to finish checking the verified server record; avoid paying again merely because the webhook is delayed. If delivery remains unresolved, contact mmpmarketingonline@gmail.com so the seller can investigate the order and Stripe transaction.
Do not share your private order-session link publicly. A person who possesses a fulfilled session reference may be able to request its download.
5. Support scope awaiting approval
The proposed support scope covers file access, missing files, and product-format questions. Whether implementation questions, updates, or client-work feedback are included must be decided by the seller. No ongoing coaching, custom development, or legal advice is included by implication.
6. Before live sales
The seller must finalise the terms and license, privacy notice, refund policy, support process, tax treatment, public domain, and explicit live-launch approval. Any additional required business disclosures must be confirmed rather than invented. After publication, live Stripe keys are entered only in Dashboard Settings → Integrations, not in chat. Production webhook confirmation and a republish are separate steps from claiming a sandbox.
